I hear a lot of people on this forum say that it is "natural" and "instinctual" for their cats and dogs to roam freely outdoors. As an animal rights activist, I receive at least 3 requests in my email every day requesting my signature on e-petitions. Save the whales, the seals, bounties on stray cats in Iowa, stop BSL, you name it, I've gotten a request for my signature on it.
